I don't recognize a charge from GuideWyze. What did I buy?
If you or someone in your household recently purchased an ebook, workbook, document bundle, printed book, or booked an advance care planning session through guidewyze.com, that's likely what the charge is for. If you'd like a copy of your receipt or have questions about the purchase, email us at [email protected] with the date and amount of the charge and we'll look it up.
How do I access a digital product I purchased?
After purchase, you should have received an email with a download link or login information for our Kajabi customer portal. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then email us at [email protected] and we'll resend it.
How do I reschedule or cancel a session?
Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule. Use the link in your Calendly confirmation email, or email us at [email protected].
What is your refund policy?
- Digital products (ebooks, workbooks, document bundles): All sales final once delivered.
- One-on-one sessions: Full refund or reschedule if canceled 48+ hours in advance. No refunds for cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows.
- Printed books and physical materials: Returns accepted within 14 days for unopened, undamaged items. Customer covers return shipping.
