Created to help families navigate caregiving, planning, and difficult conversations with more clarity and support.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Why GuideWyze Exists

Jennifer created GuideWyze after realizing how overwhelming caregiving, cognitive decline, medical emergencies, and family planning can be without clear support. Caregivers need more than information they need compassionate, practical guidance when things feel uncertain.

GuideWyze® provides families with approachable resources, planning tools, and support to help them feel informed, emotionally supported, and prepared in a human, not clinical, way.

ALTCS Authorized Representative services

The Heart Behind Everything We Do

What We Believe

Compassion over clinical distance

Every caregiving challenge involves a family with real emotions. Support should feel human first, then informative.

Clarity over overwhelm

Complex situations bring too much information and little direction. Families need simple guidance to understand what matters and what to do next.

Preparation over panic

Preparation doesn't prevent hard moments. It means you're not starting from zero when they arrive.
